Early Detection using wildfire tracking cameras

California has a large (and growing) network of web cameras for early detection of wildfires.  Unfortunately, they still require people to monitor the video feeds of these cameras to detect fires. Can you develop a system to automatically detect fires in the video feeds and provide an alert when a wildfire is detected?
