Photo Point Monitoring ML tool

Land managers use photo point monitoring to track changes in vegetation over time in response to treatments and changes in environmental conditions. A typical method is to establish a post and take photos from the 4 directions around it each season. Can you automatically analyze the changes in the images so that an experienced land manager can be alerted to review and adapt the management plan? What would be helpful for a less experienced landowner vs the expert resource manager?

A team adopting this project could get help from the State Parks who have a lot of images that could be used for analysis.
