Vulnerable Population Assessment

Quantify the number of premature births and low birth weight babies that would be prevent/saved by avoiding either elevated air pollution or wildfire smoke in CA. Also quantify what this would mean in terms of cost savings and the output cost for each of those pregnancies to have access to an air purifier during their pregnancy.  The hope is that the cost-savings may motivate insurance companies to provide air purifiers as a standard of care during pregnancy..
