Grid operation to minimize ignitions

How do utilities operate the grid differently or is there a technology solution that eliminates PGE’s assets from being a source of ignition? Leveraging system topology/SCADA/Weather data for example.

• Value proposition: All utilities are at odds with physics of operating spark inducing assets, is there a new way of managing load and thermal ratings or technology that could be adopted to minimize ignition events? This would be a universal application to any utility managing wildfire risks as the physics are common across these spaces.
